  • NOTE: Advanced Placement Courses and any college course taken in high school do not count toward the first-year GPA. If these hours appear in documented totals, they will be discounted. GPAs are not rounded by our Committee. 24 hours of credit must be earned through the college’s 2025-2026 Fall, Winter, or Spring semesters.

  • Transcript

    Please submit your college transcript, official or unofficial, documenting your first-year (fall and spring) GPA and credit hours earned; your name and the college’s name must be clearly visible on the document in order to be reviewed. If you transferred schools, you must provide the transcript for both schools so that GPA information can be evaluated for both semesters. It is your responsibility to ensure that all documents are legible; if they cannot be viewed by the Committee they will not be evaluated.
